This is PVC + Nylon Cold and hot compress

Usage:
(1).Cold compress: phyical therapy for traumatic hemorr-hage, heatstroke, itch, headache, strain, scald, fatigue.
(2).Hot compress: alleviate rheumatic pain, neural pain, sciatica, vertebral pain, improve mucous membrane scar after surgery

Operation Methods:

(1) Cold compress: put hte hot/cold pack into fridge for at least half an hour before use.
(2) Hot compress: put the hot/cold pack into microwave oven for 60 seconds on a medium setting to get ideal temperature, or put it in hot water for 10minutes.
(3) It is suggested to cover a cloth or towel when ou use the hot/cold pack
